Wow. I have your product on everything outside of the house except things intended to grow.
You should target the marine industry. I have a 56 year old 41′ wooden boat which is all teak rail to rail. She is in the water year round and uncovered in the winter. No more harsh chemicals and scrubbing that damages the teak–Wet ‘N Forget and she looks splendid with one treatment spring and fall plus a third mid summer.
