- Snow-free. The affected surface must be dry and free of snow or ice before you apply Wet & Forget Outdoor.
- Temperature. You can apply the Wet & Forget Concentrate as long as the temperature is 32 degrees Fahrenheit or above . To apply the Wet & Forget Hose End, the temperature should be above 55 degrees Fahrenheit. It must be above these temperatures while applying and for 4 to 5 hours afterwards.
